Zumba Fitness is a high intensity work-out with a fun fusion of latin rhythms such as salsa, merengue, cumbia, and reggeaton. Jr.high Zumba Fitness is a great way for kids to learn new and unique moves, to step outside of their comfort zone, to learn the value of fitness, and to have fun moving, dancing and working as a team!
At Jumping Jellies we understand the importance of active learning. We believe Zumba Fitness is a great way to do just that!
Our Zumba instructors will spend time teaching Zumba fitness moves involving the arms, legs, hips, and entire body, followed by a 10 minute warm-up, then teaching the steps to salsa, merengue, cumbia, or reggeatone. We will practice our new moves, and finally we will put on a collaborative dance piece or have a dance battle!!
